OSC was established in Florida in 1980 as an international consulting firm specializing in the
development of agro-industrial facilities and international trade. In the late 1980's and in view of the worldwide trend toward environmental conservation, OSC formed strategic alliances with various Japanese engineering firms in order to develop and implement basic infrastructure and environmental projects financed by Japan's Overseas Development Assistance Program. As the needs of our clients and markets changed over the years, so have our services. OSC is now a diversified professional services firm committed to successfully guiding its clients into the 21st. Century.
OSC's professional services are provided by the following divisions: Engineering & Construction, Management & Finance, and Information Technology Services.
